Started in 1994 by Phil and Elaine Arctander, PARC has grown to employ over 20 staff including business analysts, full stack developers, infrastructure technicians, project managers, and an administrative team.

Prologue

Phil Arctander begins his career in technology, fully embracing the magnitude of the future of IT

Creation

PARC Systems Inc. becomes a reality in 1994, incorporating in British Columbia, Canada

Focused

A focus on service delivery to the BC Provincial Government and private sector is established.  Long term relationships, some spanning over 20 years, is one of PARC’s strengths and source of pride.

1995

Ahead of the curve

PARC continually engages in the evolution of existing and emerging technologies to provide consultative expertise for our clients.

Expansion

As PARC grows in size and skillset, specialties in document management, Kofax, application development, and secured hosting are honed and refined.

2004

Making an HQ

4-7865 Patterson Road is purchased, renovated and becomes the new home for the PARC family.

Thriving

PARC employs over 20 staff; including Business Analysts, Multi-disciplined Developers, Testing Specialists, Infrastructure Technicians, Project Managers and an Administration team.
